• AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
• BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System)
• Mobile, DTH, and utility recharge
• Aadhaar and PAN services
• Micro ATM, UPI, and e-commerce solutions
• Travel bookings and insurance services
• Loan facilitation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable if any service becomes unavailable for any reason.

4. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on our platform.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

5. Transaction Limits and Fees

Transaction limits, fees, and charges are displayed on the platform and may vary based on service type, transaction amount, and regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to change fees and limits at any time. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of our Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, and technology on the INPAYONE platform are the property of INPAYONE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INPAYONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INPAYONE, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our platform and Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
